Nature's variations in Heidi Timms Wellness products
As Nature is constantly in flux, you may notice minor changes to products between batches. These are caused by seasonal and other fluctuations in our raw ingredients, so you can take these variations as a positive sign of Heidi Timms Wellness commitment to using only pure, non-refined ingredients.
Switching to Heidi Timms skincare
Your skin will love you for making the change to Heidi Timms Skincare!
Be aware that spots or breakouts may occur when making the transition to natural products, or when changing brands. Your skin may look or feel different while adjusting, and undergo a necessary detoxification process. These effects will subside within a short period of time.
Selecting the right products for your skincare
Please see at the top of each product page we recommend what skin condition that product is most suited to but as you know your skin best it is always good to experiment with a range before settling on your favorites.

Heidi Timms essential oils are pure and therapeutic grade. While sensitivities or mild reactions to ingredients are rare, they can occur. Often people are unaware of the exact component of an ingredient which can cause their skin to be sensitive, therefore the source of the irritation is difficult to determine.
Remember that your skin is more sensitive during hormonal fluctuations, pregnancy, menopause, wintertime and while taking medication. We recommend extra caution during these periods, and patch-testing all products on your skin – including those that you use regularly and carry that reminder on our labels.
Slight batch variations are normal and indeed a feature of the products however If you don't absolutely love your Heidi Timms products, if you are concerned at all about your product or if the packaging is damaged on arrival please get in touch by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of arrival.
Returns or refunds will not be granted following 7 days after delivery. Heidi Timms cannot accept returns without prior email notification. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable. Returns and exchanges may require up to 10 working days to process.
Please note that within our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act we do not offer product refunds or exchanges for change of mind or dislike of texture or fragrance of a product after purchase. You are welcome to try before you buy!
